Job Title: Nurse Care Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate professional to provide direct clinical nursing care to residents in accordance with best practice nursing procedures.
About the Role:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, adhering to established standards and guidelines.
- Act as a team leader, providing guidance and support to colleagues to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
- Work safely to protect yourself, colleagues, and residents by closely following all policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role you'll need:
- A kind heart and genuine passion for delivering high-quality care to the elderly.
- A current AHPRA registration following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification.
- A thorough understanding of aged care legislation and quality standards.
- Demonstrated knowledge of AN-ACC assessment processes.
- Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of age-related health issues.
- Effective coaching/training skills.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to apply for necessary clearances.
