To excel in this role, you'll require:

  • Current AHPRA registration following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification.
  • A thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • Demonstrated expertise in AN-ACC assessment processes.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical principles and an understanding of the aging process, particularly age-related health issues.
  • Effective coaching/training skills.
  • Exceptional conflict resolution skills coupled with a high level of emotional intelligence.
  • Superior communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to undergo a Police Check and NDIS clearance.
