About The Role:This position involves providing high-quality clinical nursing care to residents with a person-centered approach. You will work closely with our care staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents, providing coaching, supervision and guidance as needed.
Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional patient care based on comprehensive assessments and individualized care plans.
- Develop and implement effective care strategies in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Provide leadership and support to colleagues to enhance their skills and confidence.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Current AHPRA registration following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or similar.
- A thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of the aging process, particularly age-related health issues.
