About the Role

We are seeking a Compassionate Care Specialist to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Job Description

The role involves:

  • Providing personalized care and support to clients in line with their individual needs and preferences;
  • Assisting clients with daily living activities such as showering, dressing, and medication management;
  • Supporting clients to develop skills and maintain their independence;
  • Working collaboratively with other care team members to ensure seamless delivery of care services;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or issues to management.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Home and Community Care;
  • A current Police Clearance, NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card), and Working with Children Check (Blue Card);
  • A reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance and a valid Queensland driver's license;
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificates; and
  • Good computer and mobile device skills.
