Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and passionate individuals who can provide a caring, compassionate, respectful and high-quality service to our clients. As a Home Care Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting our clients with daily tasks, promoting their independence and overall well-being.

Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Certificate III/IV in Aged Care or Individual Support (or studying your cert III)
  • Australian National Police check or ability to obtain
  • Current first aid and CPR certificate or willingness to obtain
  • Smart mobile phone
  • Driver's licence and your own car with fully comprehensive insurance
  • Blue Card or ability to obtain
Preferred Skills
  • A passion for respectfully empowering and caring for people
  • Ability to provide personal and domestic care
  • Willingness to learn new things, step out of your comfort zone and take on feedback
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Flexible with changes to shifts and working times
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team

  • Willingness to participate in further education opportunities
  • Experience with technology incl. smartphones, tablets, laptops etc
