Job Description

In this position, you will collaborate with the Customer Care team to design, implement, and maintain conversational AI systems that provide seamless and user-centric experiences for customers across various channels.

  • Designing Conversational Experiences: Utilize your understanding of business requirements and customer needs to create engaging and intuitive conversational interfaces for chat and voice bots.
  • Conversational UX Best Practices: Apply expert knowledge of conversational UX principles to enhance usability, clarity, and natural language interactions.
  • Chat and Voice Bot Development: Leverage low-code platforms such as DialogFlow, Genesys, or similar to build, configure, and maintain chat and voice bots.
  • NLU Model Fine-Tuning: Regularly fine-tune NLU models to improve intent recognition and optimize conversational AI performance.
  • Quality Assurance and Testing: Perform thorough testing to ensure optimal performance of conversational AI models and identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Expertise in Conversational AI: In-depth knowledge of conversational AI concepts, technologies, and best practices.
  • Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.
  • Low-Code Platforms: Experience with low-code platforms like DialogFlow, Genesys, or similar.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
