Transformative AI Engineer Role

Drive innovation in financial services by developing and deploying cutting-edge AI applications. With a strong track record of delivering production-ready solutions, you'll be responsible for building, maintaining, and scaling AI-enabled systems that drive efficiencies across the board.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Model Development & Deployment: Utilize enterprise AI platforms, tools, and models to design, build, deploy, and maintain AI-enabled applications and microservices.
  • Research & Prototyping: Deliver proof-of-concepts, labs, and pilots to test and scale new ideas, driving business growth through data-driven insights.
  • Solution Architecture: Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and data scientists to shape AI/ML system design and technical decisions, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Collaboration & Leadership: Mentor junior team members, providing guidance on AI model development, deployment, and maintenance, while fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Data Handling: Work with relational, NoSQL, vector, and cloud-based databases to enable retrieval, search, and processing in AI-powered solutions, ensuring data integrity and scalability.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
  • 3-5+ years' hands-on experience delivering production-ready AI applications at scale.
  • Strong experience as a Senior Developer leading delivery and mentoring others.
  • Deep technical expertise across AI/ML model development, deployment, RAG, vector databases, Hugging Face/open source libraries, languages (Java, Python, JavaScript), cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure), containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines), and databases (relational, NoSQL, vector).
