Ben jij een expert op het gebied van data en kunstmatige intelligentie (AI) en wil jij jouw strategische inzichten inzetten om maatschappelijke impact te maken? Dan is deze uitdaging dé plek voor jou.

Als AI Strategie consultant werk je aan uitdagende technologie gerelateerde vraagstukken, waar je jouw expertise op het snijvlak van technologie, data en beleid inzet. Je ontwikkelt en implementeert strategieën voor data- en AI-gedreven transformaties binnen verschillende overheidsorganisaties en helpt hen het data gedreven werken en de inzet van AI naar een hoger niveau te tillen.

In deze rol ben je de bruggenbouwer en inspirator die met geduld, begrip en gevoeligheid voor verschillende belanghebbenden te werk gaat, met oog voor besluitvormingsprocessen en politieke belangen. Je weet hoe je grote overheidsorganisaties in beweging krijgt richting data gedreven werken en verantwoorde inzet van AI. Daarnaast kun je AI-strategieën praktisch vertalen naar tactische en operationele acties die bijdragen aan het oplossen van maatschappelijke vraagstukken.

Je werkt nauw samen met de opdrachtgever om specifieke behoeften en uitdagingen te doorgronden en zet je jouw expertise in om de opdrachtgever te helpen om een effectieve datastrategie te ontwikkelen. Waar nodig neem je de leiding om verandertrajecten te initiëren, voortgang te bewaken en tot succesvolle resultaten te brengen.

Je opdracht kan bestaan uit het helpen van een organisatie met het opzetten en verbinden van de data- en AI-strategie aan de organisatiestrategie, het vormgeven van data-capabiliteit en het begeleiden van organisaties tijdens hun data- en AI-volwassenheidsniveau. Daarnaast stel je roadmaps op om data gedreven werken te bevorderen, voer je strategische assessments uit, adviseer je over de juiste technologieën die nodig zijn om data op een verantwoorde manier in te zetten en ondersteun je beleidsmakers in het ontwikkelen van beleid dat handvatten biedt voor het verantwoord gebruik van data en AI.

Het wordt verwacht dat je mensen kunt enthousiasmeren en inspireren, complexe ideeën vertaalt naar eenvoudige concepten en de kloof tussen business en techniek verminderd.

Functie-eisen:
  • Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare ervaring als strategische consultant op het data en AI vakgebied;
  • Je beschikt over strategisch inzicht en analytische vaardigheden;
  • Je hebt ervaring met het verhogen van de analytische capaciteiten binnen organisaties;
  • Je bent bekend met departementale en politieke processen en opererend op directieniveau;
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal uitstekend (woord en geschrift).
