About the Role

Our team is seeking a seasoned expert in Artificial Intelligence to join our cutting-edge platform. As a Senior AI Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in integrating advanced AI capabilities into our system. You will design and deliver high-performance AI applications, work with leading-edge technologies, and help us revolutionize the experience of professionals and clients.


Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Model Development & Deployment: Develop, deploy, and maintain AI-enabled applications and microservices, leveraging enterprise AI platforms, tools, and models.
  • Research & Prototyping: Deliver labs, pilots, and proofs of concept to test and scale new ideas.
  • Solution Architecture: Shape AI/ML system design and technical decisions for our platform.
  • Collaboration & Leadership: Partner with engineers, product managers, and data scientists while mentoring junior team members.
  • Data Handling: Work across relational, NoSQL, vector, and cloud-based databases to enable retrieval, search, and processing in AI-powered solutions.
  • Performance & Ethics: Ensure models are scalable, reliable, explainable, secure, and ethically deployed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
  • 3-5+ years' hands-on experience delivering production-ready AI applications at scale.
  • Strong experience as a Senior Developer leading delivery and mentoring others.
  • Deep technical expertise across:
  • AI/ML model development, deployment, RAG, vector databases, Hugging Face/open source libraries
  • Languages: Java (incl. Kotlin), Python, JavaScript
  • Cloud: AWS, GCP, Azure; containerisation: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
  • Databases: relational (Postgres/MySQL), NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra), vector (ElasticSearch, VectorPG)
  • Strong engineering best practices – version control, clean code, testing, peer reviews.
  • A collaborative mindset, problem-solving skills, and the ability to mentor others.
