Insurance Specialist

Bay Building Services is a leading insurance specialist operating nationally in Australia. For over 40 years, we have provided repair services for domestic and commercial properties damaged through insurable events such as fire, storm, flood, impact, and malicious damage.
The Project Coordinator role is responsible for the overall success of client portfolios and ensures the end-to-end operational performance of clients. Responsibilities include revenue and margin results as well as quote success activity.
- Management of small-medium repairs with supervision
- Organisation and scheduling of trades/technicians/estimators
- Cost management through claim life, handling of trade invoices and invoicing
Strong focus on external and internal KPIs and client service level agreements.
Key Qualifications and Capabilities- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to an agile team environment
- Strong administrative skills with written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail
- Desirable: insurance and construction experience
