Heavy Equipment Technician Role

Our organization seeks an experienced Heavy Equipment Technician to fill a critical position in our operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing servicing, repair, and maintenance of large-scale mobile mining equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine servicing and maintenance tasks on heavy earth moving equipment as per standard operating procedures.
  • Repair and replace components as necessary to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively.
Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • A trade certificate in Diesel Fitting or relevant equivalent.
  • Post-trade experience working in the Mining or Heavy Earth Moving industry.
  • Knowledge of CAT, Komatsu, and Hitachi heavy earth moving equipment.
