Store Manager

At TenTops, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of our store, including customer service, sales, and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security protocols
- Partner with the Operations Manager to drive business results and improve store performance
- Minimum 3 years retail management experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
