Store Manager

At TenTops, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of our store, including customer service, sales, and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of sales assistants to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
- Ensure the store is always well-presented, clean, and safe for customers and staff.
- Manage stock levels, merchandise, and inventory to meet sales targets and minimize waste.
- Monitor and control store expenses to achieve budget targets.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to improve performance and retention.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to achieve store goals and objectives.
- Minimum 3 years retail management experience.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask, direct, and manage people.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Solid numeracy skills and ability to manage budgets.
- High presentation and lead sales culture.
