Store Manager

At TenTops, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of our store, including customer service, sales, and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of sales assistants to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
- Ensure the store is visually appealing and well-organized, with a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs, to ensure profitability.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of sales assistants.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to achieve store goals and objectives.
- Minimum 3 years retail management experience.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
