Store Manager

At TenTops, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our team and drive sales growth. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the store, including customer service, merchandising, operational procedures, and people development.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of sales assistants to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales and improve store appearance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including cash handling, inventory management, and store maintenance
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet business needs and improve performance
- Monitor and control store expenses to achieve budget targets
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to achieve business objectives and improve store performance
- Minimum 3 years retail management experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
