Senior Project Manager Job

A senior project manager role is available for a large-scale commercial project.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and a strong understanding of contract administration and construction programs.

  • Client management and consultation
  • Project planning and feasibility studies
  • Design management and value engineering
  • Procurement of construction services
  • Delivery of construction services
  • Cost control and cost reporting and superintendent
  • Commissioning and post-contract duties for handover
  • Oversight and delivery of the project

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-15 years managing commercial medium to high-rise/life science projects
  • Proven knowledge of contract administration and base build construction
  • Experience managing general conditions of contract such as AS4902
  • Sound understanding of overall construction programmes and plans
  • Able to identify key client and builder obligations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport at all levels
  • Advanced computer literacy
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel
Responsibilities
