Property Accountant Role

In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team shaping the future of the property market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lease Administration: Processing tenant charges, setting up new leases and lease adjustments.
  • Preparation of Bank Reconciliations
  • Issuing of tenant tax invoices
  • Review of financial reports for accuracy
  • Support month-end and year-end processes
  • Assisting the accounting team where required

An ideal candidate is enthusiastic and motivated with previous experience in accounting administration, accounts payable and/or accounts receivable roles, preferably in the property industry. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
