Operational Performance Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Operational Performance Data Analytics & Reporting Group; Strategic Futures; Organisational Capability in Brisbane.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the implementation of performance frameworks and mechanisms collecting, analysing and reporting outcomes to support senior management decision making particularly in relation to corporate governance accountabilities and non-financial performance.
  • Provide high-level quality and expert advice and recommendations to Director on diverse and complex range of issues relevant to performance management and monitoring.
  • Prepare reports, submissions, briefs and other correspondence in relation to performance outputs and outcomes.
  • Work with senior managers to align organisational strategies to performance and improve measurement, evaluation and reporting practices.

About the Role:

This role contributes to the achievement of corporate objectives by assessing, analysing and reporting operational performance. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills and be able to provide expert advice and guidance to senior stakeholders.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of providing high-level quality and expert advice and recommendations.
  • Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
