Strategic Data Insights Lead

About the Opportunity:

We seek a highly detail-oriented and proactive Strategic Data Insights Lead to join our Operational Efficiency Team, powering smarter decisions through actionable insights.

In this permanent, full-time role, you will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and visualising operational data across 130+ early education services.

Reporting to the Head of Operational Efficiency, you will collaborate closely with service leaders, portfolio managers, and other stakeholders to deliver timely, accurate dashboards and reports that support compliance, enhance performance, and strengthen decision-making.

You will play a critical role in shaping a data-informed culture within Catholic Early Ed Care, enabling leaders to confidently utilise data to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyse, and visualise operational data to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to support organisational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of data-driven insights.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics.
