  • Supporting clients in achieving personal and developmental goals through mentoring and positive role modelling;">
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, including personal care and meal preparation to enhance client independence and confidence;">
  • Providing in-home and community-based support to promote independence and community participation;">
  • Collaborating with families, caregivers and other professionals to ensure high-quality care and service delivery;">
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with guidelines to ensure quality assurance and transparency.">

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients, families and colleagues;">
  • A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle to safely transport clients as required;">
  • A valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and Blue Card (or willingness to obtain) to ensure regulatory compliance.">
