Your Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate participant engagement by prioritizing their needs and career aspirations.
  • Provide effective support, guidance, and direction to your caseload.
  • Meet individual and team performance targets aligned with the Inclusive Employment Australia Deed and Help Enterprises requirements.
  • Deliver coaching and support in line with our Service Delivery Model.
  • BUILD strong relationships with participants, creating personalized Action Plans based on their strengths, objectives, and support requirements.
