Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience and Loyalty Marketing Professional to join our Digital, CRM, and Loyalty team at Minor Hotels on a 12-month contract.

This role offers a unique opportunity to drive the success of Minor Hotels by managing, optimizing, and executing email marketing campaigns, as well as engagement strategies for our CRM program across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, imagery, and copy for EDMs, ensuring optimal performance through continuous testing and troubleshooting.
  • Partner with external agencies and third-party vendors to create engaging content supporting email marketing and social media advertising.
  • Utilize Asana, our project management tool, to ensure timely execution and review of email marketing campaigns while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Engage with regional and global CRM teams to support campaign planning and execution.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in email marketing, CRM, and digital marketing is essential.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in complex technical systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently, efficiently managing time and resources to meet project deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and sustain strong professional relationships.
