Job Opportunity: Underwriter, Motor Fleet

This is a full-time permanent role that offers a hybrid working arrangement with three days per week in the office and the remainder working from home.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a broker portfolio, underwriting new business and renewals, assessing moderate to complex risks and collaborating with the Motor Underwriting and Broker Relationship teams.
  2. Build strong broker relationships through regular communication and site visits.

Requirements:

  1. Skilled in assessing complex risks and building strong broker relationships.
  2. Commercially minded and detail-oriented.
  3. Ability to foster internal and broker market relationships.
  4. Up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and industry trends.
  5. Solid technical underwriting and problem-solving capabilities.
  6. Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills.
  7. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
