Key Account Professional Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Key Account Professional to join our team in Launceston. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering exceptional service and leading teams.

  • Oversee outcomes across several portfolios in Tasmania, ensuring technical, supervisory, operational, customer support, and reporting roles are managed effectively.
  • Lead and collaborate with a team of tradespeople and support staff to ensure on-time delivery of mechanical services and adherence to industry best practices.
Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and present reports, submissions, and technical communications that drive business growth.
  2. Provide outstanding customer service and build strong internal and external relationships.
  3. Maintain accurate records and databases using Microsoft Excel and office software.
  4. Pursue continuous training and development opportunities to enhance skills and advance career.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years' experience as a Key Account Manager in a similar industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office and database management.
