As a childcare coordinator, you will lead and manage the daily operations of our service at Woody Point campus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of a high-quality educational program that promotes child development and well-being.
  • Manage staff and resources to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Create a safe and nurturing environment for children.
  • Collaborate with educators and management team to achieve shared goals and outcomes.
  • Promote the service within the local community.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Children Services or equivalent qualification.
  • Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis certification.
  • Strong understanding of Child Care legislation and regulations.
  • Previous experience in childcare service management.
  • Effective computer skills, including experience with childcare management software.
  • Proven leadership skills to develop and motivate a team of staff.
