As a specialist in managing settlements files, you will be responsible for achieving cost-effective and quality claims handling through robust relationships with internal and external service providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine proper policy coverage to conclude, investigate, evaluate, and negotiate assigned cases
  • Assess liability and recovery potential
  • Negotiate with third parties and insurers

The ideal candidate will possess a sound knowledge of the claims process, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Previous experience in debt collection, paralegal, or insurance claims will be highly regarded.
