Job Title: Digital Asset Settlement Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage digital asset and fiat related trade settlements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with internal and external trading counterparties to ensure timely and accurate settlements.
  • Reconcile trades from post-trade to settlement to ensure correct and timely settlement.
  • Keep track of treasury balances and liaise with the finance teams on accounting for asset balances across operations.
  • Liaise internally with trading and options teams on balances and settlement status, and provide administrative support where needed.
  • Manage asset rebalancing and whitelisting of crypto addresses across multiple platforms.
  • Support trading desks with fiat transfers and settlements, and liaise with Keyrock account managers on confirming cut-off times, fees, and any banking services troubleshooting.
  • Track and alert internal and external client margin and net open positions, and liaise with clients on transfer of assets to maintain margin thresholds.
  • Monitor and report technical and financial problems, and provide support to the dev team for process improvements and automation.
  • Project manage internal operations ticketing processes, and work with trading teams to streamline and improve these.
  • Oversee the collection, documentation, and organisation of external counterparty FX and OTC-related trade data for internal cost and best execution tracking purposes.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of prior trading and/or trading operations experience, preferably in settlements and trading reconciliation, with a strong preference for crypto assets.
  • 1+ years of experience working in a crypto environment with managing clearing/settlement within cutoff times.
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Accounting.
  • APAC geography location.

  • Self-organised and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrable passion for digital assets and blockchain technologies, and understanding of asset transfers across CEXes and DEXes.
  • Adaptable and a strong team player, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Strong Excel skills for reconciling, tracking, and presenting asset treasury and balances to internal and external counterparties.
  • Bonus points for familiarity with Python and SQL languages, and experience with querying database trade data and generating reports and dashboards.
