  • Effectively communicate requirements to stakeholders and manage conflicts, issues, and changes.
  • Analyse business needs and translate them into requirements.
  • Document current and future states to identify and recommend improvements.
  • Break down business requirements into epics, features, and stories.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions.
  • Manage relationships with project stakeholders and assist in articulating their requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum five years business analysis or process improvement experience.
  • Experience in mentoring team members within the BA practice.
  • Experience in working across multiple streams in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership in the implementation of Agile/Scrum methods and techniques.
  • Experience in Financial Services is highly desirable - ideally Asset and Wealth Domain.
  • Experience using tools such as JIRA/Confluence.
  • Tertiary qualifications highly desirable.
  • CBAP Certification - Business Analysis or Agile qualifications are a plus.
