Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Accounting Manager to lead our financial reporting and accounting operations. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for delivering timely and accurate financial reports, managing a large accounting team, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a large accounting team to deliver high-quality financial reports and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement financial reporting processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Partner with operational stakeholders to drive business insights and recommendations.
  • Manage and maintain fixed assets, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Lead pre and post system implementation requirements, structure changes, and delivery.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • CA/CPA qualification and significant experience in leading and managing accounting teams.
  • Depth of experience in delivering month-end and statutory reporting in a U.S. organization or similar exposure to a well-structured environment with critical deadlines.
  • Significant experience in delivering finance system implementations for systems like SAP, Dynamic 365, and/or Oracle.
  • Strong technical accounting skills and experience from large and complex environments.
