About This Role

Job Summary

A senior project manager position is available to lead and manage capital works projects that enhance patient care and service delivery.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of various capital works projects from inception to completion within a structured project management framework.
  • Evaluate and mitigate risks to ensure quality, time, and cost objectives are met, while maintaining robust project governance.
  • Collaborate with executive stakeholders to provide timely updates on project status and progress.
  • Prepare comprehensive project management plans, including budgeting and resource allocation, and other essential documentation.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects using structured project management methods and tools.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage multiple projects concurrently, with excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement expertise.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in financial management and budget reconciliation.
  • Ambitious and driven individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Project is a must.
  • Experience in managing capital projects will be highly regarded.
