Capital Projects Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator. This is a permanent full-time position working 35 hours per week, with the total remuneration package commencing at $125,312.17 gross per annum.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the procurement and delivery of capital projects across all water supply, sewerage, and effluent reuse assets. This will involve preparing briefs and tender documentation, managing relationships with contractors and consultants, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key skills and qualifications required for this role include:
- Degree qualifications in a relevant engineering, business, or project/construction management discipline;
- Experience delivering works across the project cycle in the context of water supply and sewerage systems;
- Sound understanding of contract management principles, including risk management, WHS, and EEO;
- High-level written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to manage complex projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
