Project Lead Role

A senior position in a dedicated capital works and asset management team, responsible for delivering high-impact projects that support exceptional healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the full lifecycle delivery of vital capital and infrastructure projects within a live, 24/7 clinical environment.
  • Leading multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
  • Navigating complex operational settings, building trusted relationships with clinicians, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery while minimising disruption to essential health services.

Requirements:

  • Trade and/or tertiary qualifications in a construction-related field or relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing construction projects, preferably within the healthcare sector.
  • A current driver's licence and ability to travel as required.
  • Hold a WHS General Construction Induction (White Card).
