
Infrastructure Capital Works Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage capital works projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage capital works projects using a structured project management framework.
- Ensure delivery within quality, time, and cost constraints.
- Liaise with stakeholders and provide updates on project status.
- Prepare project management plans, brief notes, and essential documentation.
Requirements
- Project Management or other relevant qualifications.
- Proven experience managing projects using structured project management methods and tools.
- Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Demonstrated project governance experience and liaising at executive level.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience of engaging with multiple stakeholders in complex environments.
- Experience in budget management and financial reconciliation.
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to prepare executive briefing notes, project management plans, and project documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
- Experience in managing capital projects will be highly regarded.
