We bring together strategy, digital innovation, and domain expertise to help clients transition to low-impact, high-performance operating models.Role OverviewWe are seeking a motivated consultant to provide support in influencing behavioral change within organizations and delivering solid communication strategies and execution.
This role involves assisting clients with their sustainability business transformations using your Organizational Change Management skills: from impact assessments, to change strategies, stakeholder engagement, capability and capacity building, and communications.
Change areas include all aspects of the business: people, process, data, and technology.In this role, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to identify and implement change management strategies aligning with our clients' business goals.
The ideal candidate will have previous corporate or consulting experience with change management methodologies, especially communications.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, recommend, and deliver change strategiesManage and implement core change activities such as stakeholder analysis, engagement, impact assessment, organizational readiness, communications, and trainingIdentify communication needs and execute strategies using strategic and tactical communication skillsWork with cross-functional teams to execute change and communication strategies and activitiesCreate and deliver impactful communications via websites, videos, events, newsletters, social media, SharePoint, presentations, surveys, and conferencesEnsure activities occur on time and within budgetDefine and measure success metricsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Environmental Science, or related field2+ years of consulting experience, with expertise in organizational change, planning, and executing internal communications and employee engagement campaignsProven success in stakeholder engagement, sponsorship alignment, marketing, or communication activities, and organizational readinessStrong knowledge of change and communication modelsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong client management and creative thinking skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects confidentlyPreferred RequirementsPROSCI certification encouragedCandidate CompetenciesComfort with ambiguityAbility to switch between projects and reprioritize effectivelyResourcefulness and independent problem-solvingService-oriented mindsetWho We AreAs a leading sustainability consulting firm, ERM contributes to the environment and society through our expertise and energy.
