Project Management Professional Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Manager to join our team. This is a permanent role that requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in project management, administration, or change support.

About the Role

You will lead and support various projects and workstreams, ensuring successful outcomes through hands-on coordination and change management. You will also have the opportunity to work across different business units, build relationships, and develop your skills in project and change management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare templates and artefacts using software such as MS Office Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and MS Project
  • Coordinate and facilitate project/workstream sessions and SteerCo meetings
  • Provide drafting support for meeting materials on behalf of managers and program managers
  • Produce ad-hoc reporting to demonstrate compliance with processes and support leadership team decision-making
  • Identify and manage project risks proactively
  • Provide financial management support, including purchase order management, invoicing validation, and statement of work approvals
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience with project, program, and governance
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office suite skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, plus experience using Project, Visio, and SharePoint
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive and self-motivated individual capable of maintaining structure in an unstructured environment
