Support Services Coordinator Role

We're seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as a Support Services Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering tailored support to clients with complex needs.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality support services to clients with complex needs
  • Develop and implement behaviour support strategies
  • Mentor and guide staff to build a skilled workforce
  • Engage with clients, families, and stakeholders to align services with individual goals
  • Advocate for client rights and maintain accurate records
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards and policies


Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in disability support or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to mentor and model best practice
  • Certificate III or IV in Disability Support (or equivalent)
  • Relevant certifications and licenses
