About the Role:

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, carers, and other stakeholders to promote a collaborative approach to service delivery.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to discussions on best practices, client feedback, and team development initiatives.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends, research, and best practices.

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Current registration as an Occupational Therapist with AHPRA.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload.
  • A proactive attitude and commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Experience in mentoring and supervising junior clinicians, with a focus on fostering their growth and development within the team.
