Job Overview:

The Production Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing manufacturing processes, driving efficiency and quality throughout the production cycle.

  • Motivate and lead a team of production operators, fostering a collaborative work environment that promotes open communication and employee engagement.
  • Implement best practices to enhance production efficiency, minimize downtime, and reduce waste, while adhering to stringent quality control measures.
  • Enforce safety protocols, conduct regular training sessions, and promote a safe work environment that prioritizes employee well-being.
  • Drive initiatives for continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for cost savings, enhanced productivity, and process optimization through data analysis and effective problem-solving.
About You:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual with the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety protocols, with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement effective solutions that drive business results.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in TPM systems, with a proven track record of implementing process improvements and reducing downtime.
  • Ability to complete and coach RCA activities, with a focus on root cause analysis and corrective action planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of production operators to achieve business objectives.
  • Implement and maintain efficient production processes, minimizing downtime and waste.
  • Ensure compliance with quality control and safety protocols, conducting regular audits and training sessions as needed.
