Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Department Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in managing daily operations, achieving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in managing daily operations
  • Achieve sales growth and meet regular KPI targets
  • Build and lead a high-performing department team
  • Communicate management expectations and lead by example
  • Manage high-volume stock and merchandise inline with business expectations
  • Assist in recruitment, training, and development functions
  • Contribute to stock integrity initiatives to increase department profit
Requirements
  • Proven retail management experience
  • High-volume stock management experience preferred
  • Owner's mindset in leadership style
  • Passionate attitude to inspire team to exceed goals
  • Experience in development and performance plans
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • First Aid certification or willingness to be trained
