Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Department Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales growth and meeting regular KPI targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in managing daily operations and achieving sales growth
  • Lead a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets
  • Build and maintain a high-performing team through effective recruitment, training, and development
  • Manage high-volume stock and merchandise to meet business expectations
  • Launch catalogue campaigns and implement effective ticketing and set-ups
  • Assist in recruitment and training functions
  • Conduct stocktakes and implement stock integrity initiatives to increase profit
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of retail management experience
  • High-volume stock management experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
