The role is an exciting opportunity to join a seasoned Financial Strategist in our finance team. You will be responsible for leading and advancing reporting and analysis capabilities, including the development of dashboards and key performance drivers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in month-end close activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with procedures.
- Lead the implementation of new forecasting tools and become SME for the division.
- Develop and advance dashboards on key performance drivers and various analysis through automation tools like Power BI.
- Collaborate with Commercial Managers, Finance Business Partners, and operations to develop budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure timely completion of statutory analysis and external audit processes.
Requirements:
- Qualified CPA/CA with experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities.
- Experience within a large organization, with manufacturing experience an advantage.
- Proficient in SAP or other large ERP systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously or in a team environment.
