Dementia Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide high-quality care to clients living with dementia and Parkinson's disease in their own homes.
About the RoleThis is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by delivering person-centered care within a 24/7 rostered environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personalized support, companionship, and care to clients in their homes.
- Assist with daily living activities, mobility support, and medication reminders.
- Deliver flexible care shifts and be available for overnight sleepover services as required.
- Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated care team ensuring continuity of care.
- Experience in dementia and Parkinson's care is essential.
- A Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent (required).
- A Certificate IV in Dementia Practice (highly recommended).
- Commitment to ongoing shifts and ability to work across a 24/7 roster.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional care.
