About the Role
Right at Home Gold Coast seeks a skilled home caregiver to provide high-quality care to clients living with dementia and Parkinson's disease in their own homes. This opportunity involves delivering person-centered care within a 24/7 rostered environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer personal care, companionship, and support to clients in their homes.
- Assist with daily living activities, mobility support, and medication reminders.
- Deliver 6-hour care shifts and be available for overnight sleepover services as required.
- Collaborate as part of a dedicated care team to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements:
- Experience in dementia and Parkinson's care is essential.
- A Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent is required.
- A Certificate IV in Dementia Practice is highly recommended.
- Commitment to ongoing shifts and ability to work across a 24/7 roster.
- Compassionate, reliable, and passionate about delivering exceptional care.
