The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional care and support to residents with dementia, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised care plans.
- Provide education and training to residents, families, and staff on dementia awareness and management.
Requirements:
- Certificate III in Supported Living (Aged Care) or similar qualification.
- Current National Police Check.
- Experience in providing care services to individuals with dementia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
