Job Description

As a sales supervisor in a flagship apparel store, you will be responsible for leading your department to provide exceptional customer service to every customer. You will support the management team by coaching team members and driving conversion, sales, and performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Modeling exceptional customer service
  • Coaching team members to deliver exceptional service
  • Driving conversion, sales, and performance
  • Working with the back-of-house team to deliver shop floor product availability
  • Upholding company retail standards and delivering store visual excellence
  • Supporting the management team to improve financial performance within your department

You will also work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or a related industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • A positive attitude and ability to create a motivating environment for your team
