Store Leadership Opportunity

The Assistant Store Leader will play a key role in leading a team of retail associates, driving sales growth, and ensuring compliance with industry reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Encourage customers to check their hearing health through free assessments.
  • Build rapport with new and existing customers, explaining hearing test results and advising on next steps.
  • Reconnect with previous customers and new leads via phone calls.
  • Manage customer databases, stock control, and invoicing.
  • Ensure high attention to detail in compliance with industry reporting requirements.
  • Contribute to store sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Support the Store Manager in motivating retail associates to deliver outstanding customer service.
Requirements:
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or administration preferred.
  • Proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and an outgoing personality comfortable engaging with customers.
  • Keen to learn and grow into a future leadership role.
  • Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and late nights.
