">RoleWe are seeking highly skilled and dedicated professionals to work within our multidisciplinary teams, providing exceptional care and support to patients with complex mental health needs.
">Key Responsibilities- Delivery of high-quality mental health services, including inpatient and outpatient care.
- Leadership and collaboration with consultant psychiatrist colleagues to ensure smooth clinical and operational service functioning.
- Establishment and maintenance of partnerships with non-mental health medical practitioners, government and non-government service providers.
- Provision of clinical teaching and mentorship to junior medical staff, students and other mental health clinicians.
- Registration as a specialist with the Medical Board of Australia and fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (FRANZCP) or equivalent qualifications.
- Considerable experience in delivering inpatient and outpatient mental health services and managing complex treatment needs.
- Ability to lead and function within a multidisciplinary team, working collaboratively with consultants and other healthcare professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with capacity to build strong relationships with patients, families and community groups.
