Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer enquiries and repair requests, accurately entering service job data, and developing effective customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up skills.

You will also be required to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, while planning and scheduling maintenance tasks to ensure they are completed on time.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong customer service administration skills, who enjoys building strong client relationships and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and escalate customer enquiries and repair requests
  • Accurately enter service job data
  • Develop and maintain effective customer relationships
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Schedule and plan maintenance tasks to ensure completion on time

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Outstanding customer service experience, particularly over the phone
  • An outgoing and friendly personality, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Scheduling experience and knowledge of local suburbs
