Job Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Casual Team Member. This role requires flexibility to work day/nights and weekends across a Mon-Sunday roster.

This is an excellent opportunity for those who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a strong interest in retail.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding customer experiences, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to the overall success of the team.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, reliable, and able to work well under pressure. Previous experience in fashion retail would be highly regarded but is not essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude at all times.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals.
