The position involves project planning, resource development, and system-level improvements to ensure the delivery of culturally safe cancer care services to Aboriginal patients and families.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Cancer Care Coordinator in designing and implementing the Aboriginal Cancer Care Model of Care toolkit.
- Undertake project planning, coordination, and reporting to support service development and continuous improvement.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, health providers, and Aboriginal communities to identify gaps and co-design solutions.
- Strengthen partnerships to improve integration of culturally safe cancer care services and pathways for Aboriginal patients and families.
- Contribute to the evaluation and continuous improvement of cancer care pathways for Aboriginal patients and families.
